“I highly recommend Kathleen Leighton as a personal trainer. We have been working together for two and a half years. First, at the Y and then come the pandemic, via Zoom. My goal was to get firmed up not weight loss. Lack of exercise had left me soft and squishy. And, my strength needed emphasis.
Kathleen knows what she is doing. She started me off at the appropriate levels, then gradually ratcheted it up. I began with one hour sessions twice a week then increased to three times a week. Within a relatively short period of time (month or so), I saw and felt the difference. Not only was I realizing the benefits of her training but found the hour flying by.
Even without the benefit of the equipment at the Y, we are able to continue via Zoom. It is amazing what can be utilized in your kitchen.  I do have hand weights, a kettlebell and and a yoga mat. Kathleen manages to change the routine so that it doesn’t become monotonous. And, I must say she makes it fun.  She is a delightful and personable individual. I often forget she is more than 40 years my junior.”

I’ve worked with all ages from middle schoolers all the way to older adults. From elite athletes to people working out for the first time. Everyone needs a little something different to feel motivated and ready to capture their goals.
